Creamy Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial as it ensures your lasagna bakes evenly and achieves that tremendous cheesy crust.

  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside. Al dente noodles will provide the best texture in your finished dish.

  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add shrimp and crab meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp turns pink. This process not only brings out the sweetness of the seafood but also adds a tremendous amount of flavor to the filling.

  4. In a large baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce, then a layer of noodles, followed by shrimp, crab, and a mixture of ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
