- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
For Garnish
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Extra chili powder or TajiΜn, for topping
