Creamy Mandarin Crumble Cake

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan. Make sure the pan is well-greased so the cake releases easily after baking.

  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This step is crucial for achieving a nice texture.
