Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Directions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. This should take about 6-8 minutes and will fill your kitchen with a tremendous aroma.

  3. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for another minute until fragrant to enhance the dish’s savory notes.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. This step creates the inviting base of your Alfredo sauce.

  5. Gradually add cheddar cheese and optional mozzarella cheese, stirring until both are melted and the sauce is smooth. The cheese should blend beautifully into the sauce, offering a tremendous creaminess.

  6. Add the cooked macaroni and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Mix until everything is well combined, ensuring that every piece of pasta is embraced by that delicious sauce.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.

  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions if desired for a pop of color and freshness.
