Ingredients

The Filling

  • 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine broken in half)
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cooked and diced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched

The Sauce and Toppings

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped parsley for garnish
