Creamy Bacon Spaghetti

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. This initial step sets the foundation for a tremendous flavor.

  2. Next, stir in the milk, cream chicken soup, and cream cheese into the skillet. Mix everything together until smooth and creamy. This combination will become the heart of your sauce, enriching the dish with a luxuriously creamy texture.

  3. Add the salt and black pepper for seasoning. Then, toss in the uncooked spaghetti, stirring to combine everything evenly. Make sure each piece of spaghetti is coated in that tremendous sauce.

  4. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the pasta to absorb the flavors and become tender, eventually reaching an al dente texture.

  5. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the mixture is creamy and inviting.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. This final touch adds a burst of color and freshness, uplifting the dish and giving it that last bit of warmth and charm. Enjoy your creamy bacon spaghetti hot from the skillet!
