Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
