- 2 large salmon fillets, skin-on or off
- Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, squeezed dry)
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Pinch of salt & black pepper

- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick
