Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This crucial step sets the stage for cooking your tremendous meatloaf evenly and thoroughly.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, finely chopped onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Using your hands or a large fork, mix until all the ingredients are well combined. The textures should meld together nicely without overworking the meat.
