Condensed Milk Cake

Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth, pale, and slightly frothy. This step is crucial for achieving a light and airy texture that defines the cake.

  2. Add condensed milk: Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until the mixture is cohesive and glossy. This indicates that the ingredients have been fully incorporated, creating a tremendous base for the cake.
