Coconut Snowball Cake Bars


Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish. This step is crucial as it ensures your bars will not stick to the dish, allowing for a clean release once baked.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix them thoroughly and set this mixture aside. This combination will give the cake structure while keeping it light and fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form. This is a tremendous way to incorporate air into the cream, providing a fluffy texture that elevates the overall dessert.
