- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve a few tablespoons of juice if desired)
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
The Topping
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- Optional: maraschino cherries and pineapple chunks for garnish
