Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters (Viral Recipe!)

Directions

  1. Begin by prepping your ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is blended into a smooth mixture. The tremendous aroma of the fresh strawberries will fill your kitchen.

  2. Once you have a lovely mixture, use a spoon to scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop it onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or large plate. Aim to create around 10 well-formed clusters.

  3. After forming the clusters, it’s time to let them freeze. Place the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters in the freezer and let them freeze until they are completely solid, which will take around 1 to 2 hours.

  4. While the clusters are freezing, prepare to melt the chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave the mixture in short bursts of 15 to 30 seconds, stirring in between each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and glossy.

  5. Carefully remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer once they are solid. Using a spoon, dip each yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. This step can be a bit messy, but that’s part of the fun!

  6. Once all clusters are coated in chocolate, place them back on the prepared baking sheet. For an extra touch, sprinkle just a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster for contrast against the sweet ingredients.

  7. Finally, return the cluster-coated baking sheet to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and the yogurt to solidify even more.

  8. Voila! Your Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are ready to be enjoyed. They make for a tremendous afternoon snack, a light dessert, or even a sweet breakfast treat.
