Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted butter until smooth. Make sure to mix thoroughly for a tremendous blend of flavors.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing until a firm dough forms. The texture should be thick yet malleable enough to shape.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This process can be quite fun!
- Chill the peanut butter balls in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes. This step is crucial for the perfect texture—don’t skip it!
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning. Aim for a smooth, even melt to ensure a splendid coating.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, coating evenly, and return to the baking sheet. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off for a clean finish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate-coated balls for a tremendous touch of sweetness. This will add both flavor and visual appeal!
- Let them cool completely before serving, allowing the chocolate to harden and the caramel to set.
