Chocolate Peanut Butter Snowballs with Caramel Drizzle

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted butter until smooth. Make sure to mix thoroughly for a tremendous blend of flavors.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing until a firm dough forms. The texture should be thick yet malleable enough to shape.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This process can be quite fun!
  4. Chill the peanut butter balls in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes. This step is crucial for the perfect texture—don’t skip it!
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning. Aim for a smooth, even melt to ensure a splendid coating.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, coating evenly, and return to the baking sheet. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off for a clean finish.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate-coated balls for a tremendous touch of sweetness. This will add both flavor and visual appeal!
  8. Let them cool completely before serving, allowing the chocolate to harden and the caramel to set.
