- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 24 Oreos, crumbled
The Whipped Cream Layer
- 2 cups whipping cream, cold
- 12 Oreos, broken
The Chocolate Ganache
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (¾ cup milk chocolate and ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- ⅓ to ½ cup whipping cream
The Topping
- 1 cup whipping cream, cold
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 2-3 Oreo cookies, crumbled
