The Base

The Filling
- 600 g cream cheese or labneh (at room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 packet vanilla extract
- 100 g chocolate chips / chopped chocolate
For the Ganache
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g dark chocolate (for ganache)
