- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk (adjust as needed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
The Garnish
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
