Cook the Chicken: Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook them until they are browned on the outside and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Season the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. These ingredients bring tremendous depth to your dish.

Prepare the Rice: In a separate pot, combine the rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and the broth is absorbed, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Create the Creamy Base: In another saucepan, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a low simmer and allow it to thicken slightly, stirring occasionally.

Combine: Once the rice is cooked, mix it into the skillet with the seasoned chicken. Then pour the creamy garlic mixture over the top, stirring gently to incorporate all elements. Cook for an additional minute or two to let everything meld together perfectly.

Serve: Spoon the chicken scampi over the creamy garlic rice. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and enjoy this tremendous meal with family and friends.
