Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

Directions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture is well blended and resembles wet sand.

  2. Press into Dish: Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or a rectangular serving dish. Ensure it is evenly distributed for a solid base.

  3. Beat the Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until it is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. This step is crucial for achieving a tremendous texture.

  4. Fold in the Cool Whip: Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture. Use a spatula to combine them carefully, ensuring the mixture remains light and airy.

  5. Add Cherry Pie Filling: Once the Cool Whip is incorporated, gently stir in the cherry pie filling. It should swirl throughout the mixture, adding delicious pockets of tartness to the fluffy blend.

  6. Layer and Chill: Spoon the mixture over the prepared graham cracker base, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together and the dessert to firm up.

  7. Serve and Enjoy: Once chilled, cut the Cherry Cheesecake Fluff into squares or scoop it out with a spoon. Everybite is a tremendous treat that brings a smile to your face!
