Directions
-
Begin by cooking the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to cook it until it reaches an al dente texture for the best bite. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
-
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. The butter will create a tremendous foundation for the garlic flavor to blossom.
-
Add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes fragrant, releasing its tremendous aroma into the kitchen.
-
Now, add the ground beef to the skillet. Use a spatula to break it apart, allowing it to brown evenly. Cook the beef until it is browned and cooked through, making sure there are no pink bits remaining.
-
Season the beef with onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring well to incorporate all of the flavors.
-
Gently stir in the cooked penne pasta, mixing it thoroughly with the beef and garlic butter. You want each piece of pasta to be lovingly coated in that tremendous sauce.
-
Finally, remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle a generous amount of your favorite cheese over the top. Allow it to melt slightly before serving. Enjoy each magnificent bite!
