In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, which usually takes about 1 to 2 minutes. The aroma will fill your kitchen, setting the stage for the tremendous dish you are about to create.

Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and mix it well with the garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste, allowing the flavors to infuse into the chicken as it warms.

In a large bowl, combine the sautéed chicken and garlic mixture with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Stir until all the ingredients are well distributed. The combination of chicken and cheese will create a mouthwatering filling that promises to be tremendous.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla, forming a log shape.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Make sure it’s snug to keep the filling in place.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling. Each wrap should look appealing and ready to be cooked.

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down into the pan. This will help to seal the wraps as they cook.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the wraps are crispy and golden brown. You want a beautiful crunch that contrasts with the gooey cheese inside.

Serve hot out of the pan with optional toppings like chopped parsley for freshness or a drizzle of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
