Ingredients

The Base

  • 2 tablespoons reserved bacon grease

The Filling

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (adjust to taste)

The Topping

  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend or plain cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Italian parsley
