- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate. Stir gently to ensure even melting and prevent any scorching. This will take a few minutes, so patience is key here.
- Once the chocolate is fully melted and has a tremendous glossy sheen, remove it from the heat. Gradually stir in the softened cream cheese until the mixture becomes smooth and well-blended.
- Next, add in the sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined into a harmonious and creamy fudge base.
- Pour this luscious mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, creating a nice flat surface that will set beautifully.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the fudge is firmly set. The waiting time can feel like a lifetime, but the end result is worth it!
- Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares. Serve this delightful cheesecake fudge to friends and family and enjoy their reactions.
