Cheesecake Fudge

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate. Stir gently to ensure even melting and prevent any scorching. This will take a few minutes, so patience is key here.
  2. Once the chocolate is fully melted and has a tremendous glossy sheen, remove it from the heat. Gradually stir in the softened cream cheese until the mixture becomes smooth and well-blended.
  3. Next, add in the sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined into a harmonious and creamy fudge base.
  4. Pour this luscious mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, creating a nice flat surface that will set beautifully.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the fudge is firmly set. The waiting time can feel like a lifetime, but the end result is worth it!
  6. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares. Serve this delightful cheesecake fudge to friends and family and enjoy their reactions.
