The Base

- 2 packages cream cheese (400 g total)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
The Coffee Layer
- 1 package cream cheese (200 g)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee (dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water)
- 2 eggs
Garnish
- Caramel sauce (can be store-bought)
- Extra melted chocolate for garnish (as desired)
