The Base

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
The Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
For Garnish
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
