Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

Directions

  1. Mix the Filling: Start by grabbing a bowl and combining the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well-coated in the tremendous sauce, ensuring it’s both flavorful and moist.

  2. Prepare the Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil, which will help create that perfectly crispy exterior on your quesadilla.

  3. Assemble the Quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet. On one half of the tortilla, add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture. This tremendous filling should be topped with a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese to bring everything together.

  4. Cook the Quesadilla: Fold the tortilla in half, pressing it down slightly. Let it cook until the bottom is golden brown, which usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
