  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

The Base

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups green chile sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
