In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Ensure that the cream cheese is softened so that it blends well into the mixture.

Mix well until fully combined. You want a homogeneous texture where the oats soak up the sweetness of the honey or maple syrup, creating a tremendous base.

Gently fold in the blueberries. The blueberries will add little bursts of flavor, reminiscent of summertime freshness.

If using, add the protein powder and mix until incorporated. This step is optional but adds an excellent source of protein to your bites.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle. Chilling the mixture helps it firm up a bit, making the next steps smoother.

Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. Aim for about one inch in diameter; this makes them easy to pop into your mouth!
