Blueberry Brownie Cheesecake

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). This is the first step to achieving the tremendous depth of flavor in your cheesecake.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a solid base.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no lumps, for the most tremendous cheesecake. Once it’s perfectly blended, gently fold in the blueberries, allowing their natural sweetness to lift the mixture.

  4. Spread the blueberry cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust you prepared earlier. This layer is where the magic of flavors begins to converge!

  5. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, making sure to add 1/4 cup of water to the batter. This extra moisture will keep the brownies gooey. Pour this brownie batter over the cream cheese layer, covering it completely.

  6. Place the assembled cake in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the brownies are set. You’ll know it’s done when the top is firm to the touch but still slightly soft in the center. This will ensure a tremendous texture.

  7. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing. The chilling time allows the flavors to meld beautifully, giving you a dessert that’s simply irresistible.
