Blueberry Breakfast Quesadillas

Directions

  1. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla. Take your time to ensure that each tortilla receives a generous layer, as this will add a tremendous creaminess to your quesadilla.

  2. Distribute the blueberries evenly on half of each tortilla. You can gently press them into the cream cheese to help keep them in place when folded.

  3. Fold the tortillas in half to cover the blueberries. This simple move creates a pocket of flavor that will be sealed within, ready to be toasted to perfection.
