Follow these simple steps to create a tremendous steak marinade:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and onion powder. Ensure all ingredients blend seamlessly, creating a harmonious marinade.

Select your steak—whether it’s ribeye, sirloin, or flank— and place it in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring that every inch is soaked in that flavorful concoction.

Seal the bag tightly, or cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours; however, for the most tremendous flavor, consider letting it sit overnight.

When ready to grill or cook, remove the steak from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the marinade for food safety.
