Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. To check if the skillet is ready, sprinkle a few drops of water on it. If the water dances, itβs time to start cooking!

Pour batter onto the skillet, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. This will take about 2-3 minutes on each side for that tremendous, beautiful color.
