Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Directions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This sauce is a tremendous part of the dish, offering a creamy and zesty twist.

  3. Cook the Shrimp: In a skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp. Sauté until they are cooked through, which typically takes about 2-3 minutes per side. The shrimp should be pink and opaque when fully cooked.

  4. Combine Sauce with Shrimp: Once the shrimp are finished cooking, pour the prepared sauce over them. Stir gently to coat each shrimp evenly in the sauce, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.
