Ingredients

The Base

  • 3 cups whole Nilla Wafers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

The Filling

  • 4 blocks full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) dry instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature

Optional Toppings

  • Whipped cream or stabilized whipped topping
  • Fresh banana slices
  • Whole or crumbled Nilla Wafers
