Banana Oatmeal Bars

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. This will ensure that your bars come out smoothly and are easy to slice.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oats, and cinnamon until well combined. The aroma at this stage is truly tremendous and sets the stage for the delightful treats to follow.
