Baileys Chocolate Mint Pudding Parfaits

Directions

  1. Prepare Pudding: In a small mixing bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix, Baileys Irish Cream, and milk. Whisk them together for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes so it can set properly, resulting in a tremendous thickness that gives the pudding its rich consistency.

  2. Make Whipped Topping: In another mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and the Creme de Menthe. Fold them gently together until they are well mixed. This mint-infused whipped topping adds another layer of flavor and a tremendous lightness to the overall parfait.

  3. Assemble Parfaits: Begin by drizzling the hot fudge inside the parfait dishes. This creates a beautiful contrast against the layers you will add. Then, spoon the pudding mixture and the whipped topping mixture into separate piping bags or Ziplock bags. Cut off the tip of each bag carefully for easy piping. Start layering: pipe the pudding mixture into the bottom, followed by the whipped topping mixture, then a layer of crushed Oreos. Repeat these layers until the parfait dishes are full, finishing with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top for that extra crunch.
