Baileys Chocolate Mint Pudding Parfaits

Directions

  1. Prepare Pudding: In a small mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix, Baileys Irish Cream, and milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until everything is well blended and smooth. Let it stand for 5 minutes to set. You’ll notice a tremendous thickening action as the pudding develops its luxurious texture.

  2. Make Whipped Topping: In a separate mixing bowl, take the whipped topping and add the Creme de Menthe. Fold gently to combine. This mint-infused topping will add a tremendous burst of flavor!

  3. Assemble Parfaits: Drizzle a bit of hot fudge inside your parfait dishes before layering. Spoon the pudding mixture and whipped topping mixture into separate piping bags or Ziplock bags, and cut off the tip of each bag. This allows for easy piping into the dishes. Now, alternate layers of pudding mixture, whipped topping, and crushed Oreos. Continue layering until all your components have been included, ending with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top.
